Move In Day is one of the most important days in the tenant cycle, why leave it up to chance? Every lease is unique, I will speak with you to get all relevant information to prepare a lease. Any additional terms you would like added to the lease will be noted and included in the final lease in accordance with the Residential Tenancy Act. You will receive a fully prepared lease with any addendums. I will arrange a virtual lease signing with your tenants to ensure all parties are in agreement and all required information and signatures are affixed. All parties will also receive a welcome home letter summarizing all relevant lease information
